Yes. For any work that requires permits — structural changes, additions, electrical, plumbing — we pull all required permits, schedule inspections, and ensure the work passes before closing out the project. You never have to deal with the building department.

A cosmetic refresh (paint, hardware, backsplash) can be done in 1–2 weeks. A full remodel with new cabinets and countertops typically takes 3–6 weeks. A full layout change with plumbing moves takes 6–10 weeks. We give you a detailed schedule at the estimate stage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards. Typical payment structure is a deposit at project start (tied to material orders) with the balance split across milestones. We never ask for large upfront payments before work begins.
